The Owner and Maker behind Night Shift Creative Co. is a full-time Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Nurse, acutely aware of the importance to celebrate life's special moments.  What started as a small gesture for  a patient and their parents--a delicate garland strung over a hospital crib--trickled into celebration decorations for friends and family, and then finally into Night Shift Creative Co.
